Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of orthodontic treatment on the clinical outcome,complications and prog-nosis of patients with permanent anterior teeth and anterior teeth.Methods:Seventy-six cases of constant subgingival teeth fracture were selected according to different schemes,that were 38 cases with the routine rehabilitation treatment for the con-trol group,and the other 38 patients combined with endodontic and orthodontic treatment for the observation group.Both of the two groups,the clinical effect,complications and prognosis were analysed.Results:The complete recovery time of observation group(20.40 ± 3.35)days was shorter than the control group,and the repair success probability of 65.79% was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in observation group was 5.26% that lower than the control group, and after treatment the overall health score was(83.40 ± 13.65)that higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Constant subgingival tooth fracture treated with endodontic combined with orthodontic treatment is satisfied,can shorten the complete repair time,improve the quality of life and success rate of repair and prognosis and reduce complications,that has certain value of clinical application and popularization.关键词
