百乐眠辅助治疗老年甲亢继发失眠症的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical adjuvant effect of Bailemian in the conventional antithyroid treatment for the elderly with secondary insomnia after hyperthyroidism.Methods 68 elderly with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into 2 groups:experiment group (n=38) and control group (n =30);conventional antithyroid treatment was applied to the elderly in both groups while the adjuvant therapy with Bailemian was added to the elderly in experiment group;the courses for both groups lasted for 4 months;before and after treatment,the levels of serum FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TSH,resting heart rate of the elderly in the 2 groups were detected and the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) were collected and recorded,and a comparative study was made to the changes of the index between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum lower than those before treatment while the level of TSH went up (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01),the changes in experiment group was more obvious than those in control group and the difference was of statistical significance (P＜0.01).Conclusions The adjuvant therapy with Bailemian for the elderly with hyperthyroidism can promote the recovery of thyroid function and can effective improve their sleep quality and anxiety.关键词
