Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the lipid composition and the severity of coronary artery lesions.Methods Coronary angiography was made to 511 suspected coronary artery disease in-patients with repeated occurrence of chest distress and chest pain,and Gensini score was applied in estimating the severity of coronary artery lesions,the scores,as well as the lipid compositions,other blood biochemical indicators and risk factors were statistically analyzed.Results Patients with different Gensini scores had different HDL (P＜ 0.01),LDL/HDL (P=0.004),TG/HDL (P=0.027) and NHDL/ apoB (P=0.044),the difference was of statistical significance;multiple linear regression analysis showed that apoB/LDL-C (P＜0.001),cTnT (P＜0.01) and LDL-C/HDL-C (P=0.008) were closely correlated to the severity of coronary artery lesions.Conclusions The severity of coronary artery lesion is correlated to dyslipidemia and apoB/LDL-C might be superior in predicating coronary heart disease to other lipid indicators and lipid compositions.关键词
