Abstract
Objective To investigate the attitude to death of the elderly and to analyze the influecing factors.Methods During the period from July,2015 to Nov.,2015,the Elderly Death Attitude Scale compiled by Cui Jing was applied in the investigation to 156 elderly over 60 years old in a community in Shanghai.Results The score of death acceptance with avoidance was the highest,and the influencing factors on the attitude to death of the elderly included:marital status,level of education,dwelling condition,career before retirement,state of health,monthly income,religious belief and the situation when talking aboug retirement,state of health,monthly income,religious belief and the situation when talking aboub death within the family.Conclusion Most elderly fail to have a correct attitude to death,and the performance of death education is of great urgency.关键词
