摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain the high temperature forming limit of 22MnB5 high strength steel with greater accuracy,a prediction model is proposed based on M-K theory,BBC 2005 yield criterion,Norton-Hoff flow stress model.The accuracy of the prediction model is verified by comparing with the experimental data in the literature.This model can be used as an inspection criterion for high strength steel in hot stamping process.It can be concluded that high order anisotropic yield criterion is more suitable to describe the FLC (Forming Limit Curve) of 22MnB5.The groove angle in M-K theory has little influence on the FLC.In a certain temperature and strain rate range,the position of the FLC increases with the increase of temperature and strain rate.
