生物质燃料的成型工艺及微观成型机理研究
Study on forming process and microstructure of biomass briquetting

Abstract
In order to study the effects of particle size, moisture content and aspect ratio, opening taper and packing length on the quality of biomass briquetting, corn stalks are treated as the research object In this paper. The biomass briquetting were formed by self-designed molds of different sizes. The slack density of the biomass briquetting was used as the quality evaluation standard. The best parameters are following, mould taper at 10 degrees, moisture content on 16%, the pressure hole length about 30 mm. And the ratio of mold length to diameter is 5:1. Mold material the particle size is less than or equal to 3.5 mm. It is instructive to optimize the molding equipment. At the same time, the micro-morphology of the briquetting was observed by using an scanning electron microscope. The micro-morphology of the briquetting under different molding conditions was compared and analyzed. The mechanism of biomass fuel formation is studied from the microscopic point of view. The results can provide basis theory for the optimal design of the molding hole of the biomass forming equipment.关键词
