典型气候区光伏组件PID检测方法研究
Study on PID test method of PV modules in typical climate regions

Abstract
In this study, based on the climatic conditions and PID phenomena of several typical regions in China, different laboratory PID test conditions, such as temperature, relative humidity, voltage and time, were carried out for PV modules with different anti-PID grades. The changes of microstructure and electrical properties were studied. Through the comparative analysis of the ambient temperature and relative humidity of the typical climate regions, combined with the operation voltage and time of the PV power plants, the key factors that cause the PID effect of the PV module, the PID test methods of PV modules in typical climate regions was achieved. Namely, the conditions for the hot and humid climate zone are 85 ℃, 85%RH, -1 000 V, 96 h; the conditions for sub-humid climate zone are 60 ℃, 85%RH, -1 000 V, 96 h, and the conditions for Warm weather zone are 60 ℃, 60%RH, -1 000 V, 96 h. Qualified criteria are the maximum power attenuation of not more than 0.8%.关键词
