一种基于主动管理的分布式电源两层规划方法
A bi-level planning method of distributed generation based on active management
摘要
Abstract
The connection of distributed generation (DG), which contains wind turbine, photovoltaic generator and so on, has a certain impact on the distribution network. In order to improve the economic efficiency of DG and reduce the active power loss of distribution network, a bi-level planning model is established in this paper considering the chronological characteristic of DG. The objective of upper level is to maximize the rate of return on investment of DG and the reduction of active power loss. The objective of lower level is to minimize the active power loss in each period. In the lower level model, the active management is considered to optimize the system operating status,so as to maximize the positive effect of DG in the distribution network. Moreover, a kind of improved multi-objective particle swamp optimization (IMPSO) is proposed, which is combined with the primal-dual interior point method to solve the upper and lower planning model respectively. Finally, several tests are carried out on IEEE 33-bus system to verify the feasibility of the proposed model and method.关键词
