鼻咽癌三维适形放射治疗疗效及安全性的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of three-dimensional conformalradiotherapy for treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
NPC(Nasopharyngeal carcinoma) is a common malignant tumor of head and neck cancer,and its treatment with radiation therapy includes three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy.This study is a Meta analysis through collecting published RCT(randomized controlled trials) articles on three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy for nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma patients from each database inception to June, 2017.In result,10 RCT.The total sample size is 986 cases,with 481 cases in the experimental group(3D-CRT)and 505 ca-ses in the control group (conventional therapy).Compared with conventional radiotherapy,three-dimensional conformal ra-diotherapy can improve the short-term survival rate and local control rate,and reduce the risk of radioactive mouth trouble of NPC patients.This research obtained more reliable conclusions by increasing the sample size,providing the basis for radio-therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in clinical practice.关键词
