彩色超声检测微血管密度与血流阻力指数对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值分析
Microvessel density vascular resistance index evaluated by Color Doppler for diagnosis of ovarian cancer analysis

Abstract
To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler blood flow resistance index and microvessel density of o-varian tumors,107 cases of ovarian tumor patients were selected as the research object,including 64 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 43 cases of malignant ovarian tumor the surgical pathological diagnosis;microvascular density and blood flow re-sistance index were tested.Morphological characteristics of tumors were studied,according to the TNM staging,malignant o-varian tumors are grouped and the microvascular density of blood flow resistance index value to the diagnosis of ovarian tumors were analyzed.Results showed that microvessel density of malignant ovarian tumor was higher than benign ovarian tumors,vascular resistance index was less than benign ovarian tumor;microvessel density of Ⅲ or Ⅳ malignant ovarian tumor was higher than benign ovarian tumors,vascular resistance index less than stageⅠorⅡ malignant ovarian tumor.Col-laboration of Color Doppler and MVD RI can improve the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.关键词
