舌癌多种治疗方式的临床疗效比较
The comparison of the clinical curative effect of various treatments for tongue carcinoma

Abstract
By analyzing the clinical data of 84 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma from Janurary 2007 to Janu-rary 2012,the effects of different treatment methods on the prognosis of tongue cancer were compared.The patients were di-vided into 4 groups according to the way of treatment:surgery group,irradiation group,surgery and irradiation group,chemo-therapy and irradiation group.The clinical characteristics and prognosis were summarized.The 5-year accumulate survival rates of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ in surgery group,irradiation group,surgery and irradiation group,chemotherapy and irradiation group were 69.5%,62.3%,66.9%,61.7%,respectively.For stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,the 5-year accumulate survival rates were 48.3%,23. 4%,49.8%,36.1%,respectively.The main treatment of tongue squamous cell carcinoma is surgery,and surgery combined radiotherapy is better than irradiation,chemotherapy and irradiation.关键词
