摘要
Abstract
In this study,56 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group.The clinical efficacy of thalidomide combined with first-line chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer was analyzed and the relationship between calcitonin was discussed.(P<0.05).The progression-free survival time and the total survival time of the obser-vation group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse events in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After a course of chemotherapy,the level of PCT in the serum of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Thalidomide combined with first-line chemotherapy is better than chemotherapy alone,and can re-duce the proportion of part of the adverse reactions and serum levels of calcitonin after chemotherapy.关键词
