益肝方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
To investigate the efficacy of Yigan Decoction combined with western medicine antiviral therapy in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,103 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups.the control group was treated with chemical medicines,the observation group was treated with chemical medicines and Yigan Decoction,results showed that after treatment there was no significant difference in blood routine,urine routine and renal function between 2 groups,but the index of liver function,the level of inflammatory cytokines and serum HBV-DNA negative rate of the observation group were more significant than that of the control group;the total effective rate of ob-servation group was significantly higher than the observation group,suggesting Yigan Decoction may improve the efficacy of chemical medicines on chronic hepatitis B,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of immune function.关键词
