摘要

Abstract

In QB standard Test method of artificial leather and synthetic leather-Determination of volatile organic compounds,the VOCs of bag method in PVC artificial leatherweredeterminedby thermal desorption-gas chromatographymass spectrometry.Tthe uncertainty of toluene of the domestic PVC artificial leather samples was evaluated according to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF 1059.1-2012).Mainly analyzes the three factors of uncertainty in the process of introducing,the uncertainty of gas sampling pump introduction,the relative standard uncertainty of standard material introduction,the relative standard uncertainty of the standard working curve fitting introduction.Concluded when toluene test results of 76.8 μg/m3,take extend factor k =2 (confidence probability 95%),and the expanded uncertainty of 11.0 μg/m3.
