EM指数及其相关指数用于科研人员评价研究
EM-index and Related index for Researcher Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Researcher evaluation has attracted much attention in academic field, and the selection of reasonable and reliable evaluation index has become the focus of researcher.[Method/Process] EM-index and its related indexes, including h-in-dex,e-index and iw(h)-index are used to evaluate the SCI Top 100 researchers in College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University. The correlation between the above indexes and the quantity and the citations is analyzed.[Result/Conclusion] EM-index has good discrimination,sensitive to high citations,good stability and more comprehensive evaluation. EM-index,h-index,e-in-dex and iw(h)-index have significant correlations. EM-index is less affected by the number of publications and citations. Finally, this paper points out the deficiency of EM index in the evaluation of researchers,which lays the foundation for further improvement.关键词
