Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Internal innovation and industry-university-research (IUR) cooperation innovation are the effective ways to achieve the goal of enterprise innovation performance.Exploring the relationship between the two is of great significance to opti-mize the allocation of resources and promote innovation.[Method/Process] This paper analyzes the synergistic development relationship of internal innovation within the enterprise and IUR cooperation from the perspective of synergistic theory,and constructs the synergistic devel-opment model of compound system based on order parameter.Based on the relevant data from 2010 to 2016,an empirical research on the synergistic development of innovation system of 29 provinces and cities was carried out,and the three typical provinces with different trend关键词
