Study on Business Reverse Factoring Mode Based on Supply Chain Finance
摘要
Abstract
The operation of supply chain finance was sustained by eight governmental ministries at the beginning of 2016 to relieve the mismatch of financial resources.As the best popular tool,reverse factoring is developing rapidly in China.From the perspective of core enterprise,this paper investigates the ways of how enterprise participate in the business of reverse factoring,and propose to widely use electronic bills,create upstream and downstream database,as well as analyze the online reverse factoring mode integrated with the Internet.By surveying the practices of core enterprise found Subsidiary Corporation to engage in factoring business,we summarize the new factoring mode dominated by core enterprise.关键词
