中国企业“走出去”的动态竞争优势分析
Analysis of Dynamic Competitive Advantages of "Going-Out" of Chinese Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The traditional FDI theory is based on the analysis of big enterprises in developed countries,as a large developing country,dynamic competitive advantages of Chinese outward FDI has unique characteristics.In this paper,we first review the theory of internationalization literature,after that based on the current traits of Chinese outward FDI,we analyze the large country market effects,capital import country effects,and the effects of RMB appreciation,and elaborate on competitive advantage from these three aspects,also we present a model of dynamic competitive advantages of Chinese outward FDI.As a large developing country in economic transition period,Chinese enterprises exhibit different characteristics,so this research has some theoretical value and practical meanings.关键词
