Abstract
The existing researches on interlocking directorates are mainly based on the qualitative analysis in the scholars'own cognition.This paper used CiteSpace visualization software to analyze interlocking directorates literatures from 2001 to 2016 and found that the scholars are used to do the research independently and there is no large scale cooperation network in interlocking diretorates studies.The research hotspots of the interlocking directorates mainly include the verification of the interlocking directorates formation mechanism,the influence of the interlocking directorates to the enterprises and in the social network perspective to analysis it.And finally the research fronts of the interlocking directorates is divided into three phases accordingly:description of interlocking directorates phenomenon,analysis of enterprise performance and study of interlocking directorates network.关键词
