中药汤剂包材中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯迁移的检测
Detection of dioctyl phthalate migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials

Abstract
Objective To establish an effective detection method of dioctyl phthalate (DEHP)migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials.Methods COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-Ⅱ (4.6 ID × 150 mm) C18 chromatogram column separation was performed with mobile phase of acetonitrile,methanol and water (90 ∶ 10 ∶ 0.5),sample size of 20 μl (for control) and 40 μl (for sample),flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,column temperature of 30 ℃ and detection wavelength of 224 nm.The amount of DEHP migration after filling was detected.Results Mass concentration and peak area from each component had good linear relationship (r =0.999 49),and the DEPH component was separated within 15 min.Detection limit was 1.534 566 mg/L with average recovery of 101.407 0%.The instrument precision relative standard deviation was 0.501%,method relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.101%.Conclusion The established method is sensitive and convenient,suitable for detection of dioctyl phthalate migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials.关键词
