Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of the application of 3D printing technology and individualized treatment in scapular fracture.Methods Nine cases with complex scapular fracture were gathered from the second affiliated hospital of Nanjing medical university.All cases were built models by 3D printing technology,simulation operations were planed,and individualized anatomic plates were instituted preoperatively.Operation time and intraoperative blood loss were recorded.The length and radian of plates,the quantity and direction of screws were recorded.The fracture healing time were observed.Treatment effects were evaluated by Hardegger shoulder joint function assessment standard.Results All cases were followed up for 3 ~ 10 months after surgery.All cases had shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss.The surgical approach and internal fixation were consistent with preoperative design.The fracture healing time were 7 ~ 11 weeks,8.8 weeks in average.The excellent and good rate was 100% according to Hardegger shoulder joint function assessment standard.Conclusion The 3D printing technology and individualized treatment in scapular fracture has the advantages of personalized operative plan,less intraoperative blood loss,simplified operation and shorter operation time,et al.The clinical curative effect is satisfied.关键词
