Abstract
Objective To compare the early curative effect of SuperPATH and conventional incision for total hip arthroplasty. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with primmry total hip arthroplasty from Nov 2015 to Oct 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. These patients were divided to SuperPATH group and conventional group. These data were compared between two groups, including the operative time, incision length, blood loss, blood transfusion, cup inclination, cup anteversion, postoperative 24 h hip pain (VAS),and postoperative 6-month Harris score. Results SuperPATH group had shorter incision length, lower postoperative 24h hip pain (VAS),less blood loss, less blood transfusion volume than conventional group, there were no significant differences between two groups in term of the operative time, cup inclination, cup anteversion, postoperative 6-month Harris score (P>0.05).Conclusion SuperPATH minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty had small incision, mild pain, less bleeding, which is helpful for rapid recovery. However,SuperPATH also has some shortcomings, like relatively difficult to install the prosthesis, inclined to result in prosthesis not well positioned.关键词
