摘要
Abstract
To summarize the current research status and future development trend of various materials could be used in 3D printing spine intervertebral fusion cage.The author through the retrieval of PubMed database,CNKI and SinoMed in 2000 to 2016 published at home and abroad literature about 3D printing technology in spinal surgical implant applications.At present,those that have been used for the preparation of intervertebral fusion 3D printing materials mainly include metal (the mainly are titanium and its alloys) and the nonmetal.Some of3D printing materials in the Department oforthopedics above have been used in clinic,but the intervertebral fusion cage's development and application are rarely reported,and the safety and long-term postoperative complications related to the observation,the relevant laws and regulations and other issues remain to be solved.3D printing technology can make spinal implant surgery more precise,more accurate and more safe and reliable,it can provide customized intervertebral fusion cage for the patient.With the rapid development ofmaterial major,3D and 4D printing technology,the more multidimensional print implants will be developed and applied to clinical intervertebral fusion.关键词
