Effect of anti-Livin oligodeoxynucleotides down-regulating Livin expression in xenograft of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma on cell apoptosis in nude mice
目的 利用anti-Livin核苷酸调低喉鳞癌裸鼠移植瘤内Livin的表达量,探讨其对喉鳞癌细胞凋亡的影响. 方法28只雌性裸鼠(BALB/c-nu/nu)随机分为Livin AS-DNs(Livin反义多核苷酸)、Mis-DNs、Sen-DNs和对照组,每组7只,于各组裸鼠背部皮下注射1×105Hep-2细胞成瘤,用AS-DNs、Mis-DNs、Sen-DNs和生理盐水分别对裸鼠移植瘤进行注射;测量肿瘤长径和短径变化,将肿瘤体积变化绘制成生长曲…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the effect of antisense oligodeoxynucleotides targeting Livin on cell apoptosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma in transplantation tumor of nude mice.
