HIF-1α在喉鳞癌组织芯片中的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of HIF-1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma using tissue microarray

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)-1α in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas,and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis using tissue microarray. Methods A total of 138 specimens of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 32 normal laryngeal mucosa were used to detect the expression of HIF-1α by immunohistochemistry. Re-sults The positive rate of HIF-1α protein was significantly higher in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas tissues than that in normal la-ryngeal mucosa.HIF-1α protein expression level was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). HIF-1α protein expression was not correlated with the tumor site,age and gender(P>0.05). Conclusion HIF-1α may be involved in the occurrence and progress of laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas. The expression of HIF-1α can be used as a reference for the biological behavior of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.关键词
