Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of artificial pelvis models with 3D printing technology in the artificial hip arthro-plasty for developmental dysplasia of the hip in adults(DDH)patients. Methods Eighty-four DDH patients receiving the artificial hip arthroplasty from June 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly and equally divided into two groups according to the registration number. The patients in 3D group received the artificial pelvis models with 3D printing technology, while the patients in control group received the conventional therapy. The operation time,the intraoperative bleeding volume,the post-operative drainage volume,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were observed and compared. Results The opera-tion time,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume were significantly lower in 3D group than control group(P<0.05). After surgery,the Harris points in 3D group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complica-tions was significantly lower in 3D group than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion During the artificial hip arthroplasty,the ar-tificial pelvis models with 3D printing technology can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications and increase the clinical safety and reliability.关键词
