摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine pretreatment on etomidate-induced myoclonus during the induction of general anesthesia by Meta-analysis. Methods Pubmed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CAJD,VIP and WanFang Data were searched up to May 2017.All randomized controlled trials(RCT)of dexmedetomidine pretreatment for etomidate-induced myoclonus were conducted. The quality of the literature was assessed and Meta-analysis was conducted by Review Manager 5.3. Results A total of 681 patients undergoing general anesthesia from 8 trials were enrolled. The results showed that the etomidate-induced myoclonus in dexmedetomi-dine group was significantly lower than that in saline group(RR=0.41,95%CI 0.34-0.49,P<0.000 01). Conclusion Dexme-detomidine can reduce the incidence of etomidate-induced myoclonus during the induction of general anesthesia.关键词
