摘要

Abstract

To produce TiO2 photocatalysts with high crystallinity and high surface area through a green synthesis method,authors utilized the tryptone as template,and produced the TiO2 powders with porous structure bya sol-gel method.X ray diffraction,laser particle analyzer,N2-adsorption desorption,transmission electron microscopy,ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance,laser scanning confocal microscopy and thermogravimetry techniques were used to characterize the samples.And the photocatalytic performance of the sample by the effect of UV light photocatalytic degradation of reactive brilhant blue KN-R was evaluated.The results showed that after the removal of tryptone template by calcination,the TiO2 in the anatase phase with porous structure is obtained,the crystalhnity of sample is improved,the specific surface area is 156.338 m2/g,and the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of reactive brilliant blue KN-R is improved,after illumination for 120 min the degradation rate reaches 93.22%.
