复荣通脉胶囊联合贝前列素钠片治疗糖尿病性周围血管病变临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease by Furong Tongmai capsule combined with Beraprost Sodium tablet
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Furong Tongmai capsules combined Beraprost Sodium tablets in treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease. [Methods]The 100 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Treatment group used Furong Tongmai capsules and the control group used Beraprost Sodium tablets.The indexes of the two groups were observed after treatment of intermittent claudication,rest pain,cold feeling,foot and ankle brachial (ABI)changes. [Results]The two groups of patients with symptoms were improved,the treatment group had better curative effect(P<0.05);the two groups ABI significantly increased(P<0.01),the treatment group improved more significantly (P<0.01);two groups of blood lipid and fibrinogen were improved (P<0.01),the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion]Furong Tongmai capsules combined with Beraprost Sodium tablets curative effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease is effective,worthy of further promotion.关键词
