Abstract
Private universities transforming to technological applied universities is a major revolution in the field of higher education under the background of "the Internet plus".Applied talents cultivation mode is a significant issue to need to resolve.This paper puts forward the applied talents cultivation mode of "Five-in-One",in which the project of cultivating applied talents is the basis,experimental training,university-enterprise cooperation is the combination of methods,the combination of the study of race and the teaching of the game is the means,small startup project is the way,teachers with theory and practice are the safeguard.The practice has proved that the applied talents cultivation mode of "Five-in-One" basically solved the existing problems in the development of private universities transformation,and it laid a foundation for the development transformation of private universities,and it conveyed the applied talents of adapted to regional economy development.关键词
