摘要

Abstract

The circuit topological structure of three-phase Buck type three-level AC/AC converter is proposed. The operat-ing principle of the circuit is studied. The control strategy is given to realize combination control of the output voltage and the voltage of flying capacitor. In comparison with the two-level converter,the number of switching tubes of the three-phase Buck type three-level AC/AC converter is doubled and three flying capacitors are added while the voltage stress of each switching tube is half reduced. As a result,the converter can be applied in the high input voltage and high power occasions. The simulation re-sults demonstrate the feasibility of three-phase Buck type three-level AC/AC converter and its control strategy,as well as the cor-rectness of theoretical analysis.
