摘要
Abstract
The phenomenon of Marangoni convection in the mass transfer process can promote the interfacial renewal,affect the mass transfer area and have an important influence on the mass transfer process.In the light of the research of Marangoni convection in gas-liquid and liquid-liquid mass transfer processes,the experimental observation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results of Marangoni convection are systematically summarized and prospected.关键词
