摘要

Abstract

[Purpose] In order to explore the medicinal values,an extensive chemical investigation was carried out on the branches and leaves of Metadina trichotoma.[Method] Compounds were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel,RP-C 18 and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by spectral methods (MS and NMR).[Results] Twelve compounds were finally isolated and elucidated as scopoletin (1),coniferyl aldehyde (2),p-coumaric acid (3),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (4),obtusalin (5),oleanic acid (6),ursolic acid (7),ursolic acid lactone (8),stigmasterol (9),β-sitosterol (10),daucosterol (11),and palmitic acid (12).[Conclusion] Compounds 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 12 were isolated from this species for the first time.This investigation enriched the chemical constituents of M.trichotoma and provided experimental evidences for the use of M.trichotoma as a medicinal plant.
