Abstract

Epoxy polyether fluorosilicone surfactant (FPES) was synthesized with hydrosilylation using α-ω hydrogen-containing and fluorine-containing silicone oil (FPHS),allyl epoxy polyether as the raw materials.The chemical structure of the FPES was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The conditions of FPES hydrosilylation were optimized,and the surface tension,foam ability,acid-resisting,alkali-resisting and salt-resisting of FPES were measured.The results showed that the optimum hydrosilylation conditions of FPES was n(Si-H):n(C=C)=1:1.075,reaction temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 3 h,the amount of catalyst was 0.005% (platinum,to monomer mass).The results of performance tests showed that the surface tension (γcmc) of FPES solution was 21.73 mN/m at the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of 0.04 g/L,the foaming power of 0.1% (mass fraction) FPES solution was 1.17 and foam stability after 5 min was 0.40.FPES solution had excellent chemical stability of acid-,alkali-and salt-resisting.
