摘要
Abstract
The ternary block copolymerized silicone oil was synthesized by double epoxy silicone oil (relative molecular mass of 6 000 g/mol) and polyethenoxyamine ED900 as raw materials and isopropanol as solvent,which reacted at 82 ℃ for 9 h,and continuous reaction for 3 h after addition of ET-200.It was prepared into correspond emulsion,and the physical and chemical property of the emulsion was tested.Then it was used in finishing of cashmere fabric.The treated fabric had excellent hydrophilia and hand feeling,which was the same as the fabric treated with the silicone oil on the market.The optimal conditions of fabric treated with ternary block copolymerized silicone oil were analyzed,which was as follows:solid content of the emulsion 15％ and temperature 45 ℃.The treated fabric had the best performance.关键词
