有机硅改性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂的合成及应用
Synthesis and application of polysiloxane modified polyurethane anti-pilling finishing agent

Abstract
Polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by 2,4- tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) and polyester diol (PDHA) as raw materials. Then the synthetic polyurethane prepolymer was reacted with the amido polysilox-ane to synthesize the pilling finishing agent organosilicon modified polyurethane. The synthetic process opti-mized by single factor experiment was as follows: the molar ratio of TDI and PDHA was 2.2∶1, the molar ratio of the amino polysiloxane and prepolymer was 1.1∶1, the reaction temperature was 20 ℃, the reaction time was 2 h. The finishing process was as follows: dosage of finishing agent 80 g/L, bath ratio 1∶20, curing tem-perature 160 ℃, curing time 90 s. The MIU of the warp and wept of the treated fabric decreased from 0.206 and 0.243 to 0.170 and 0.188, respectively. The bending rigidity of the warp and wept of the treated fabric de-creased from 0.369 and 0.133 mN·cm to 0.215 and 0.109 mN·cm, and the property of anti- piling had im-proved by 2~3 level.关键词
