摘要
Abstract
The effects of ultrasonic extraction and leaching extraction on extraction of natural dyes caulis spatholobi and its dyeing properties on silk were studied. Compared the two extraction methods, the ultrason-ic method had the advantages of short extraction time, saving materials and full extraction. The optimal ultra-sonic extraction process was as follows:absolute alcohol 30%,extraction power 200 W,solid to liquid ratio 1∶20, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 60 min. The optimal dyeing process was as follows: dyeing pow-er 350 W, dyeing time 40 min, bath ratio 1:50 and dyeing temperature 30 ℃. The ultrasound could not only promote the dyeing,but also had fixation effect on natural dye caulis spatholobi.关键词
