摘要
Abstract
Glycogen synthase kinase-3β is a kind of conserved serine/threonine protein kinase that has been generally found in eukaryotic cells,whose activity is regulated by a variety of kinases and signaling pathways.The biological effects of glyco-gen synthase kinase-3β are closely related to the growth,proliferation,apoptosis,migration and metastasis of tumor cells,which is a key target for tumor therapy.Studies have found that in different types of tumors,glycogen synthase kinase-3β has two distinct effects on tumors:suppression and promotion.By reviewing the relevant literatures,the role of glycogen synthase kinase-3β on different types of tumors as well as its molecular mechanism was studied,in order to provide treatment strategies for tumor therapy by targeting glycogen synthase kinase-3β.关键词
