一种基于小型空压机的直驱系统
Direct Drive System Based on Small Air Compressor

Abstract
Low energy efficiency is a common problem for pneumatic system.We present a new method to improve it,and directly drive the actuator through using a small air pump.It can form a closed circuit to eliminate the exhaust stage.Firstly,a direct drive system is designed,and a corresponding test bench is set up.Secondly,the experimental research on cylinder reciprocating motion under different working conditions is carried out to verify the feasibility of the principle.Then,the circuit is improved for the direct drive system to meet the required air volume and response requirements.Finally,the energy saving characteristics of the direct drive system are verified by experiments.The results show that the proposed direct drive system is simpler than the traditional circuit and can improve the energy efficiency of the pneumatic system.关键词
