基于AMESim回撤吊车稳车液压系统设计及仿真分析
Design and Simulation Based on AMESim for Stable Parking Hydraulic System of Shield Mule

Abstract
A shield mule is developed as a stable large platform equipment by the Datong Coal Mine Group,which is used to remove the heavy equipment on the working face in the "comprehensive mechanized face moving process" of large-scale mine.The shield mule employs a full hydraulic transmission system to solve the problems such as breaking rope,toppling,insufficient power and so on existing in the removal processing of traditional equipment.In order to guarantee the stability and safety in the working process of shield mule,a stable parking hydraulic system is designed,and there are four hydraulic cylinders working for that.The stable parking hydraulic system of the shield mule is modeled and simulated based on AMESim,and the output characteristics and parameters of the solenoid valve and the four hydraulic cylinders are obtained.The results show that the four working hydraulic cylinders can reach the working pressure of 21.3 MPa in a short time;the output parameters are stable,and the output pressure of the four hydraulic cylinders is consistent,and the stability of the shield mule can be fully guaranteed.关键词
