Abstract
Superconductive carbon black (CB)/poly(lactic acid) (PLA) antistatic composites were prepared by a solution-blending method using PLA as a matrix,superconductive CB as a antistatic agent and chloroform as a solvent.The effect of CB content on the antistatic performance,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by volume resistivity tests,thermogravimetric analysis and tensile tests.The results indicated that there was a percolation at CB content of 2 wt % for the composites,which resulted in a transformation from insulator to semiconductor.This complied with the antistatic requirement for the composites,whereas there was a slight decrease in mechanical properties.Meanwhile,the crystallinity and thermal stability of the composites were improved with the addition of superconductive CB,and their start degradation temperature was increased by 20.5 ℃ when 4 wt % of CB was incorporated.关键词
