摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the cause of fetal death so as to improve the preventive measures to reduce fetal deathrate.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 392 cases hospitalized and the delivered fetal death in Northwest Women's and Chindren's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2011 and December 2016.Results The causes of fetal death included maternal factors (19.90％,78/392),cord factors (18.11％,71/392),placental factors (11.73％,46/392),fetal factors (5.61％,22/392),twin or three babies pregnancies complicated by single intrauterine death (12.75％,50/392),and no abnormality detected in diagnosis and treatment (31.89％,125/392).Conclusion It is suggested to enhance perinatal care and health education during pregancy,improve the prenatal diagnosis and strengthen the high-risk pregnancy care managemant,improve the clinical emergency treatment technology and keep emergency green channel open,thus reducing perinatal mortality.关键词
