依托孕烯皮下埋植剂治疗子宫腺肌病29例疗效分析
Curative effect observation on etonogestrel implants treatment for adenomyosis: an analysis of 29 cases analysis

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of etonogestrel implants for adenomyosis.Methods Totally 29 cases of adenomyosis patients in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital and Clinical College of Fujian Medical University from March,2015 to Janunary,2016 were treated with etonogestrel implant and were followed up for 12 months.Their bleeding pattern,visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score,uterine volume,serum CA 125 value,hemoglobin level,FSH,LH,E2,progesterone changes,adverse reactions and complications were observed at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment,and were compared with those before treatment.Results All 29 cases completed the 12-month follow-up.Before treatment,hemoglobin level of these patients was (96.86± 10.57)g/L,VAS score for dysmenorrhea 7.56± 1.33,uterine volume (208.57±40.27) cm3,and serum CA125 (140.33±56.72) kU/L;at 12 months after treatment,hemoglobin level increased to (128.19±8.43)g/L,VAS score decreased to 1.64±0.67,uterine volume decreased to(120.23± 16.43)cm3,and serum CA 125 decreased to (27.36± 10.59)kU/L,all being statistically different (P ＜ 0.05 for all these items);however,changes in bleeding pattern and amenorrhoea might occur after treatment.Conclusion Etonogestrel implant show good efficacy for adenomyosis,alleviating dysmenorrhea and anemia,reduce lesion volume and decrease serum CA 125.关键词
