摘要

Abstract

Based on the gp85 gene sequences of avian leukosis virus subgroup K from GenBank database,the specific RT-LAMP primers were designed to detect avian leukosis virus subgroup K (ALV-K).The different concentration combinations of inner and outer primers were tested and reaction temperature was optimized to establish the RT-LAMPmethod for detecting ALV-K.The results showed that this method can specifically detect ALV-K without cross-reactions with other subgroups of ALV or other poultry disease pathogens such as NDV,REV,AIV,MDV,IBV,etc..The sensitivity test indicated that the minimum detectable limit was 3.4× 104copies of plasmids.
