Abstract
Perforator flaps have increasingly been used to reconstruct oral and maxillofacial-head and neck defects.They offer several advantages over nonperforator-based flaps with lower donor site morbidity and a versatile range of reconstructive options.The lower limb perforator flaps are well used in the head and neck and get a reliable result.The most popularly used perforator flaps in the lower limb were reviewed on their anatomy,clinical applications,and role in head and neck reconstruction.We found that perforator flaps are now mainstream reconstmctive options in the head and neck surgeon's armamentarium.关键词
