针对罹患重度牙周病变磨牙实施微创拔牙和位点保存术的初步探索(附1例报告)
A minimally invasive extraction and site preservation for molars with severe periodontal lesions——A case analysis
摘要
Abstract
With the development of implant surgery,more and more dentists and patients restore the function and aesthetics of the edentulous area with implant restorations.The preservation and reconstruction of the alveolar ridge and the gingiva is a prerequisite for long-term success in the restoration of satisfactory functional and aesthetic effects.The molars with severe periodontal lesions were affected by many factors,which resulted in severe infection and alveolar bone absorption before removal.This paper presents a case of a molar with severe periodontal lesion,which was removed with periodontal traditional incision technique and minimally invasive extraction.By completely removal of the sockets infection,the surgery promotes the healing of follow-up site preservation,and achieved good clinical effect.关键词
