Abstract
Objective With the Two-Children policy implemented in our country,and the start of newborn hearing screening policy 2 years later in Zhuhai City,we investigated and analyzed the status quo of and access to the neonatal hearing screening of all women and children hospital of the city,in order to provide decision-making basis to further regulate the city Neonatal screening work.Methods 24 cases of hospital delivery in our city were investigated.The data of the newborn hearing screening were analyzed statistically.24 hearing screening techniques were given to the technical staff responsible for neonatal hearing screening.The 24 valid questionnaires were collected,and the relevant data were analyzed.Results The newborn hearing screening had been carried out in 17 hospitals in our city,and the annual delivery of about 33,000 persons,accounting for 95％ of the city's delivery.We did not carry out hearing screening,the implementation of referral hospital 7,the annual delivery about 0.17 million people,accounting for 5％ of the city's delivery.The rate of the newborn hearing screening was 91％ in our city in 2016.The survey found that due to the reasons for the flow of personnel,individual hospital screening personnel without qualification,individual hospital screening rate and the rewinding rate is not up to standard screening.Conclusion In recent years,with the strong support at all levels,the implementation of the newborn hearing free screening,the gradual improvement of the hospital neonatal hearing screening equipment,technology and system and the establishment of screening network platform,the city newborn hearing screening were carried out significantly higher than in previous years.关键词
