Abstract
Objective To explore the relationships among resilience, perceived stress and sleep quality in suddensensorineural hearing loss patients. Methods Using Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index,Perceived Stress Scale and 10-itemGonnor-Davidson Resilience Scale conducted a questionnaire survey of 120 sudden sensorineural hearing loss patientstreated in Department of Ophthalmology Otorhinolaryngology and Stomatology of the Hospital and during the same period,40 healthy persons were examined in our hospital. The PSQI,PSIS and CD-RISC10 scores were compared between the twogroups.Using Pearson correlation analysed the correlation of the resilience, perceived stress and sleep quality of suddensensorineural hearing loss patients. The mediating effect of resilience t on perceived stress and sleep quality was analyzedby mediating effect test. Results 78 patients (65.00%) of the 120 sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients had sleepproblems. The scores of PSQI and PSIS in the sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients group were higher than those in thecontrol group (P<0.05).The scores of CD-RISC10 in the sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients group were lower thanthose in the control group (P<0.05),The PSIS scores of sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients were negatively correlatedwith CD-RISC10 scores(r=-0.728,P<0.05),The PSIS scores of sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients were positivelycorrelated with PSQI scores(r=0.835,P<0.05),The PSQI scores of sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients were negativelycorrelated with CD-RISC10 scores(r=-0.679,P<0.05),Hierarchical regression analysis showed that resilience played apartial mediating role between pressure perception and sleep quality, and the mediating effect accounted for 31.96% of thetotal effect. Conclusion There are serious sleep problems in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss.Resilience isan important protective factor for the quality of sleep in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss, and has a mediatingeffect on the pressure perception and sleep quality.关键词
