摘要
Abstract
Sensorineural hearing loss can be divided into high-,mid-,low-,and total-frequency of hearing loss according to the involved frequencies.Mid-frequency sensorineural hearing loss (MFSNHL) or a U-shaped pattern,is uncommon.With the advancement of next generation sequencing,there are rapid progress in the aetiology of MFSNHL.Up to now,several studies have reported deafness genes related to MFSNHL as the main cause.The objective of this article is to investigate the aetiology and prognostic significance of MFSNHL.It is wished this work would be helpful for instruction of clinical diagnosis and intervention of MFSNHL.关键词
