Abstract
Objective Discuss the results based on the multivariate logistic regression analysis of scalp acupuncture combined with language training in treatment of children with cerebral palsy and language disorder.Methods 102 children with cerebral palsy and language disorder were selected.They were given routine rehabilitation therapy.According to the treatment outcomes,they were divided into the effective and ineffective group.The main factors affecting the therapy were analyzed by single factor and muti-factor logistic regression analysis.Results The single factor analysis showed that the mother's education.language training frequency,cooperation degree of children,intelligence,the degree of disease,language barrier type and cerebral palsy type were close in relation with the recovery of language disorder(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the language training frequency,cooperation degree of children,intelligence,the degree of disease,language barrier type and cerebral palsy type influenced the therapy a lot(P1=0.009,P2=0.026,P3=0.018,P4=0.000,P5=0.025,P6=0.003).Conclusion The scalp acupuncture combined with language training could restore the language function of children with cerebral palsy well.The recovery degree depends on the mother's education,language training frequency,cooperation degree of children,intelligence,the degree of disease,language barrier type and cerebral palsy type.关键词
